Shipping Policy
Welcome to our shipping policy section.
We ship all your outfits via India's most-used eCommerce logistics and shipping software solution for the best courier services. Shipping time is generally 8 - 15 working days. It's little bit higher than for example amazon and other online shopping outlets because we don't store outfits in warehouses or storage units. We make them as we get orders because some products do have customization involved in them.
In case of local shipping option, if our customer requires their outfits on early basis but for that we have a strict prepaid + shipping policy. Means customers will have to prepay for the outfits and customers will have to pay for the shipping charges They will not be bared by ANAYKAA.
In case of delay in shipping by any means, we ask you to be patient. Please know that we are doing our best and it's our product in which we put our manpower, efforts and time to make them just for YOU and if it is stuck at some shipping facility, we are also at a risk, not only by losing our product but also losing YOU as our customer. So, it's requested that till we get things in order, please have some patience.
As per packaging. We believe in no plastic policy and we try to keep our packaging as eco-friendly as we can. From cloth and paper bags to using jute thread for attaching tags to your outfits. Tags are also made out of papers. To make you feel that extra special we always make sure that we add a thank you note for shopping with us.
Return & Exchange Policy
Welcome to our return policy section.
First of all we would like to thank you for purchasing from ANAYKAA.
Before returning your outfits, Please note that we at ANAYKAA take our work and products very seriously. We put our utmost efforts in creating these products. Before initiating any returns or exchange please note that each and every products are unique and some are handcrafted by using the techniques of hand work, tie-dye, and many more techniques. So each and every products are unique and slightly different from each other. Please don’t think of an irregular weave or print or varied shades of tie-dye or a stitch as a defect.
In spite of that, if you are not satisfied with our products and you want to return your products back to us, we will stand by our outfits and will accept your returns.
Return Policy is below :

Once you place an order. It cannot be cancelled. Only return or exchange is available.

The return can only be initiated within 7 days after you receive your order. After that we will not accept any requests.

To return your product please email us at studioanaykaa@gmail.com or you can contact us to our customer care number with picture of your order id and product. We will get in touch with you regarding your return request.

Products that are on sale or discounted, or purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for returns, refund or exchange. Please go through the size chart carefully for on-sale products.

Customized products are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

As much as we love to spoil you with free shipping, we do not arrange reverse pick up facility. So, customers will have to arrange for the return of the product. Customers will have to pay for the return, in both the cases of exchange and return of the product. Please ensure that all the returned products are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. The customer will have to share the courier details of the product returned including the name of the courier agency opted, tracking number/document number, and date of shipping with us at studioanaykaa@gmail.com.

Please make sure that the returned products are unused, unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and is in a sale-able condition. If any issues are found on the product then the cost of maintenance will be deducted. If the fabric is torn or cut then the cost will be deducted. We will also advice you to send a picture of packaged product before shipping at studioanaykaa@gmail.com

Please note that exchange is allowed once per order and the shipping cost of reverse pick up and shipping of the product will be borne by the customer.

We request you to maintain the original packaging of the products to be returned, including the tags and invoice.

Once we receive the product, our team will inspect the product if your return product have met the appropriate requirements of being undamaged. Once the criteria(6) is met and satisfied, we will initiate your refund. ANAYKAA reserves the right to reject the return from any particular customer, in case the return criteria(6) are not met.

The refund will be initiated within 8 - 15 days of receiving the product. The mode of payments are UPI, Paytm, Google Pay and Bank account transfer. In case of Bank account transfer we will ask you to provide your bank details via your registered email address or your registered phone number.

STUDIO ANAYKAA
Studio Anaykaa is a clothing brand, started in 2020 and founded by Lipsa Soni, is a ready-made clothing brand for women. Based in vadodara, Gujarat. It focuses on contemporary clothes with original Kutchi handwork to embrace the tradition and enhance the beauty of modern designer outfits.
EARLY PHASE
Sometimes, it's never enough to fixated on just one thing. We tried everything in the beginning at studio anaykaa. With our experiment phase on, we did fall and we stood back up. Stronger. Getting to know our path forward with each step. Along with amazing talent with us we could finally see our goal with the brand and where we aim for in the future.
Aim to get affordable and premium products to our customers with highest quality products we can deliver and to make our customers happy.
KUTCHI HANDWORK
Not shying away from experiments and learning each and every step of the way. With the designs that keep your eyes wide open and in an instance fall in love with it. Our Kutchi handwork kurtas and kurta sets are the most eye catching outfits you can get from us. We are offering a tradition in a modern and aesthetically pleasing manner.
With this Kurtas and kurta sets we are sure that you are going to get many eyes on to you which will make you feel giggle.
DESIGNER DRESSES
To be honest, in the beginning we were skeptical diving into kutchi hand work but with time it just grew on us. Like a fine wine. We are so obsessed with it now that we can't imagine any outfits without it and we are always looking for ways to add hand work in our designer outfits. It just gives a whole new dimension to the outfit and makes us look at the design in a whole different way.
What we wanted from our designer dresses is how can we make them look beautiful with just a single color. We are still trying and finding ways to make our outfits in a single color and let our designs speak for themselves. You can find these similar patterns in our many outfits.
OUR MASTER
Whatever we speak about clothes and designs, in the end it is never possible without our master to come up with ways to incorporate those designs in real life. The one and only who cuts and cuts and cuts. Without the help and artistry or I should say wizardry, it's not possible for us to achieve such a finesse and quality of our work.
Meet Dipakbhai. Proud and funny guy, who never compromises with the quality. A true gem of our studio.
OUR WORK FORCE
Currently we stand at a very small yet super strong team of 6. But no work is done without or work force which includes our amazing artists who constantly churn out the outfits for our customers.
A very shy artist and a man of few words. Mr Rakeshbhai. His discipline and work ethics are always commendable.
An amazing artist who took all our skepticism away once she sat on that machine. Mrs. Nimishaben. A great artist.
And there we have our designer cum studio handler Ms.Radhika Sharma. She handles all the orders and helps keep the pipeline smoothly running.
We are very lucky to have such amazing talent by our side and we couldn't ask for more.
OUR OWNER
Lipsa Soni. She founded Anaykaa in 2020. By herself from home. A small idea which combined both here love of photography and clothes together and made Anaykaa a reality. With a team to lead and a studio to run, she is a string which holds everyone together.
